FORGED LIFTWEAR

FORGED Liftwear was born out of FORGED Fitness, our independent gym brand that we built from the ground up with a big focus on quality and innovation.

We are Soph & Allan, a couple of Albury Wodonga locals who decided to invest their savings into building an independent local gym while developing a unique apparel brand, designed to support our members with their health and fitness goals.

We know how much of a difference the right clothing can make. Not just how it performs, but how it makes you feel. We wanted to create apparel that looks good, feels good, and gave people confidence.

The pricing had to be reasonable, but the apparel had to be premium at the same time.

And we wanted to offer inclusive sizing from XS to 3XL so nobody felt left out.

We didn't want any of it to just be like everything else. Have a look at our Oversized Training Tee and read about how we designed this from scratch. It has a very interesting story behind it.

We also wanted to support our FORGED Fitness Studio and FORGED Fitness Factory members with reasonably priced, proven, quality Supplements and useful Accessories that support their training and lifestyle. So we started our small supplement line FORGED Nutrition, all available to purchase within our FORGED Lift Wear store.
